In two words, it is the burning, the burning of Belleville. 14 Rue Lally-Tollendal ("Chez Lally") has become our new headquarters since the summer of 2017. We roast, assemble, control, bag and ship the coffees you enjoy at home or at our partners. Moreover, if you are looking for a coffee to taste or to offer, it is in our shop that you will find it! The perfect opportunity to also observe us roasting through the savannah of Lally. Need to "taste" our coffees before you decide? It is also here that you will find your happiness! Our tasting area will allow you to enjoy our blends and origins in filter or espresso.

To discover it and venture to new regions, we organize exploratory workshops in our Burnie: visit of the roasting, professional tastings, visit of "The cellar", exchanges, workshops cafes,...
